Prices and Delivery
Prices and delivery are as shown in our Online
Sales page/s, Order Form and elsewhere
on this website. At the time of publishing all prices are correct,
however the company maintain the right to alter prices from time to
time. Customers will be informed of any changes.
All postage is via UK Post Office (First Class within the UK, otherwise
Small Packet Airmail), unless you wish to contact
us to arrange otherwise. Normal delivery time is within 28 days
from receipt of order.
Standard shipping is free on orders of £50 or over (UK
& Europe) and £100 or over elsewhere. Postage
prices are as follows:

Arrangements for Payment
No goods will be despatched until payment is received.
Payment Methods
1 - by credit card - online or by telephone - (£ Sterling,
€ Euro and US$)
2 - by post using cheque (£ Sterling or € Euro), cash
or UK Postal Order.
We are also keen to encourage trade by other currencies, such as
LETS (UK only), and are more than happy to discuss product exchange
with individuals & companies.
Refund Policy
Our products are considered to be perishable and, according to EU
legislation, are exempt from the prescribed regulations. However,
we are still happy to replace damaged goods, providing that the
damage is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
In addition, Fruiting Bodies will happily replace or refund the
cost of any returned extract, subject to any bottle/s being returned
with seal intact, unopened and in resaleable condition. Bottles
which have been opened (but which are not damaged goods) will not
be refunded as the contents can no longer be guaranteed pure or
used for resale.
VAT Statement
There is no VAT charge on any of our products.
Product Descriptions:
Liquid Extracts - A blend of organically-grown mushrooms, organic
alcohol and water, packaged in 100ml glass bottles of varying colours
and design.
